Fees and Charges:

Bill Payment through American Bank is free each month for the first nine (9) payments and $1.00 for each additional payment. The fees will be automatically deducted from the primary Bill Payment account at the end of the month.

Bill Payment Enrollment:

I AUTHORIZE American Bank to post my payment transactions from the account indicated in this enrollment application. I understand that I must schedule payments or transfers to be paid at least five (5) business days before the actual (not the late) due date and that these payments may be sent either electronically or by check. American Bank is not responsible for any service fees or late charges levied against me. I understand that I am responsible for any loss or penalty that I may incur due to a lack of sufficient funds (NSF fee is $29.17) or other conditions that may prevent withdrawal of funds from my account. I ACCEPT the charges stated above. I understand and agree that American Bank may delegate certain Internet Bill Payment Functions to third party service providers. If at any time I decide to discontinue this service, I will provide written notification to American Bank. My use of this service signifies that I have read and accepted the terms and conditions of American Bank's Automated Banking Services, including American Bank Internet Banking.
